Instead of uploading pictures to blog today (or doing anything else for that matter),

I decided to finally learn how to make friendship bracelets.

I've always wanted to, but never have, so today was the day that I conquered it.

All you need is some embroidery floss.

And maybe these instructions

(I googled this forever, and this site ended up being the most helpful, especially the floss bracelet basics).

I've been masking taping mine to a Twilight DVD case to make them

(I watch that movie over and over and over again while sewing).

This was my first one... the beginning was pretty janky, but the Photobooth flash covers that up.

I'm pretty much a pro. When I get super pro, I'm going to make some of these sweet bracelets.

I've been making a mental wish list of shoes to buy....

I asked Brad what he thinks of my choices and he said (in order from L-R, top to bottom):
"Ok, ok, sure, boring, ugly, uglier, weird, gross."

That last pair is not from Target, but IS on sale... and I'm pretty sure I NEED them for Easter
(even though Brad thinks they're gross, but he's a boy so why did I ask his opinion anyways?!).

We have plenty of pictures of how cool we are, but I'm too lazy to upload them onto the computer so... later.
