While in Vegas, we hit up a food truck festival... I love food trucks just because I think it's funny that I'm eating from a truck. And because it makes me feel cooler and all hipster-y.
I'm too lazy to look up the trucks that were there... but all the food was AWESOME. And that shaved ice? Most amazing thing I've ever eaten. The texture = snow magic. I think it was Sno-Ono? Whatever. I like eating. The end.
I like eating getting food from a food truck for the same reasons. That, and the food is usually pretty tasty! And YES, that shave ice truck is amazing!
