Those who know me well know that I am good at a few things:
- Being unmotivated
- Planning (not necessarily following through on plans, but planning plans)
- Not following through
In order to overcome this, I've been trying to get motivated to get things done. For me, writing lists helps a lot. And being near Boston.
But some days your baby sleeps for a LONG TIME for his nap (what's the deal with the new LONG naps and early wake up times?), and it botches your plans to spend the afternoon at the museum.
So instead, I chose to spend the afternoon catching up on episodes of Revenge (which is AWESOME, by the way). It's like a combination of Gossip Girl and Count of Monte Cristo, set in the Hamptons. And since I'm in the Northeast, that's PRACTICALLY in my backyard!
What do you do when your plans are foiled?
